As BrianP said you need to decide 160 or 200, but if you wanted to keep the cost down as many do , i would get some Loncin's or better still Honda GX200's and fit a 160 flat top piston, then i would take 80" (about 2mm) off the head. then fit a 140 tube with 75 jet into the carb,,, this will give you a great step up in speed. As Tim said if you really want to go for it you will need a big cam from NR Racing in the USA, etc etc Where can i get a copy of Brian's book ?? One last point all these people who say the get 10+ hp from just doing very little and rev them to 6000 rpm plus should consider up rated conrods and flywheels as they don't like reving that high and can come apart !!
