The guy from the 'big team' seems to have had a memory lapse...... (or tought lapse....!), to keep the weight distribution where you want it..... MOVE THE WEIGHTS.... or your seat. This isn't rocket science!

He may be meaning you should be trying to keep a 'low polar moment of intertia' (i.e., keeping all the 'mass' in the middle of the kart....) well.... legs are heavy things so perhaps we ought to get the driver to drive with his legs folder underneath him so that these are 'central', too..... err.... nah....! You get the point!
