Not sure of the year, I emailed Howard at Lucas racing the chassis no and he said 2002/2003 but it has a 4 bearing axle and the 02/03 should have a 3 bearing axle, unless anyone else knows otherwise it's a mystery. It looks fine underneath, the tubes are not too flat, it's been welded on a seat stay but aparrently that's pretty common.
It's got an old pair of t1s that have been serviced by rpm in the past and are standard not sp's that's about all I know about it oh and 20 front 70 rear sprockets
Thanks for offer of help in setup Joel said he would help too. If it will go round corners that will do for starters
