Hi All.

Ive been tinkering again getting my kart back to some sort of usable state but struggling with the brakes.

I have a Kelgate fixed caliper and its binding something awful. I have previously stripped, cleaned and re bleed the system with brand new silicon fluid, fitted new pads and yet even after one outing im finding the brakes are binding still.

Without me losing the will to live, has anyone any practical advice for me to try and sort this.

I have also found it tends to brake heavier on the left piston which over time pushes the brake disk to one side despite the fact its bolted pretty damn tight to the axle. Do i need to be loosening that and allowing to have play on the axle or am i better keeping it tight and centered ?

All suggestions welcomed as usual.
