It's a clone engine on the generator.

The petrol may have even done it some good by dissolving the crud as it's had a drink or two of two stoke in its life.

I wouldn't fancy changing the engine as it's a bitch to get it of the generator taper shaft.

(Are my posts really that suspicious) :)
