Approved 14th November 2017

I have been searching for a long time as I understood that some of the changes would make current engines possibly illegal!

My only question is the 'Just Raced' Condition

I understand the not removing Carbon Etc. but does the engine still need to be hot or are you able to let the engine cool to ambient temperature before dismantling?
