Really it should be the format they use for regular msa cadet:
Equalised engines, buy-back and switch regulations etc. etc. That should be what the msa honda cadet class is based on.
Unfortunately the reverse is the case:
Rules changing each year to allow more tuning, engine machining etc, constant rumours about cheat engines, generator engines changing hands for stupid money. That's not what the msa's 4 stroke cadet class was supposed to be, when it was introduced!
