Just a quick point which you probably appreciate but others may not. A kart never runs with no castor unless it is seriously damaged. Castor is built into the chassis at manufacture. Most modern karts have a means of castor adjustment to increase or decrease the degree of castor relative to the inbuilt setting so that, maybe being pedantic, you were running with neutral castor rather than no castor.
