Regs state you can only mount a maximum of 2kg on the floor, and 5kg elsewhere via 2 bolts. So run 1/2 tank of fuel, 4kg under front lip, or 5kg if you can squeeze it in...... 5kg on side of seat if you need more then yes, then its hobsons choice and it will need to go on the back of the seat. Mount it low and on the right hand side.

Get the chassis jigged, to make sure its level on the front and rear in terms of both height and chasis twist. Do this as regular as you can with a ZIP with its butter like steel.
