I wouldn't get too carried away with the prices that are being quoted for the so called awesome engines. 10x is the highest I have heard. The norm is nearer to #1k and even that is an over inflation.

Saying that mine are for sale for #7.5k each - well they would be if some idoit was stupid enough to pay that for them. Remember there is a lot of bravado in paddock talk. That and the fact that certain camps are trying to impose an stupid engine buy back scheme which is doomed to fail.
