Aly - 35-40 hours is time indeed for a rebuild if you want to be at the front. 30psi reductioin compression will not be impacted by valve springs but rather valve and priston ring seal.

As I recall RPM didn't rebuild your engines last time so they won't be RPM tuned anymore! perhaps they need to go their holidays to big Rog to get them back on song. (other engine builders are available - just taht I don't know any!!) It didn't seem that long ago that you were nibbling on my back bumper and you need to be back there soon.
