g4 - yes.

Never used the exhaust rotator on the inlet valve since the oil seal was introduced and no failures either - so doubt you will need to.

Either way valve clearances will be 2thou inlet and 3thou outlet.

If th epush rods are straight they will be finr. Valves are worth replacing if they are worn and you can tell if, when you lap them, the light grey seal mark is wide. If the seats are worn, however, you might also need to re-cut those to.
