At 14 years old a junior driver can get a Kart Clubman licence, no ARCS test and Ł32 for the year, issued on the day. All new kart clubman drivers in the JUNIOR CLASS ONLY will start at the back of the grid for 6 races, national B licence holders will have a full grid possition (unless novice)
