Two things

Check the main jet (the one below the emulsion tube in the bowl). occasionally we have seen 75 jets in there which does not always do much for performance but will richen up the mixture.

Secondly check that the floats are not sticking. Take the pin out and remove the floats and clean the black point that sits in the carb body and that same hole. I had a couple that stuck that ended up with fuel running out of the carbs spraying everyone behind me which was great right up to the point where I ran out!
