After playing with the engine a little more yesterday I'm still having no luck with it. I have stripped the engine again, I have turned the cam gear 180 degrees, it did run I little better. Checked the valve clearances (6 thou inlet 8 thou exhaust) the carb I rejetted back to standard and also tried new carb. New plug,
I then mixed a little 2 stroke Oil with The petrol so i had a Visual gas flow and there is deffiatly blow back through the carb. If you take the air filter off it looks like I have 2 exhausts just not as much flow through carb. I'm still got this issue, engine is hard to start, won't idle but revs ok! Any more ideas please guys
