Bayford meadows at sittingbourne is a great friendly circuit with both Honda clubman and cadet grids they have a good mix of drivers at all levels. As a novice u will start at the back he can drive as fast or slow as he likes but I'm sure if he is able to pass his arks he must be up to a reasonable speed and as some one else said u need to be racing against good drivers so u improve. Practice is good racing is better but so long as he is enjoying it. Bayford is brilliant especially for beginners
