rich - difficult to define.
By "tax the rich" - I flippantly meant - tax the rich who get away without paying tax. Corperate tax dodgers. Which is just about every major off shore company not in this country who gross millions from England, paying very little tax.
The government 'bean counters' know them, still its easier to get money from the poor, middle class, motorist, smoker and drinker. Maybe until now!! haha!! Mr TurdBrown. England, a country quickly going nowhere!! ;-)

Back to bernie - reading between the lines - it looks like a pre arranged contracted bonus thats been paid and not a bail out for hard up Williams.
