sod it - I'm in the mood now!

7 people including Mr Gerrard were brought before the court.

Mr Gerrard hit the DJ 3 times - he admitted that in court.

there was no evidence that the DJ struck Mr Gerrard unless getting off a stool to have a heart to heart is defined as physical assault.

6 of the 7 admitted guilt and will be sentenced to I know not what!

1 of the 7 got off to be praised by the judge.

the 1 that got off was the same 1 that pled not guilty but admitted to hitting the DJ 3 times on the grounds that 'he thought he was going to be attacked' even though he wasn't and his mate had just elbowed said DJ in the face - a provocative gesture if ever there was one!

The 1 referred to in this is Mr Gerrard.

Where is the logic, common sense or justice in that?!
