If you were drving alongside a driver in the straight and he DELIBERATELY side-swiped you, then, regardless of whether you were in-front of the other guy's front wheels, it would be a black-flag for the 'swiper'......

.... and that's EXACTLY what Alain did! He was just at the end of the straight but NOT into the corner, yet!

Still, if you are stating that the NEXT time someone side swipes you on ther strayint that you will NOT complain about it......

I can honestly admit, I have acted EXACTLY like Ayrton. I've been cheated....... and waited for my chance..... and then repaid the debt..... sometimes, with interest!

I wouldn't take the risk of being killed during the retaliation but, clearly, Ayrton's Latin temprement was a good deal tougher than mine......
