In the post race interview Jenson said he was saving fuel from early in the race, and still held on to the leaders, getting fastest laps 3 laps in a row when he needed to catch up. Just because Hamilton had burnt off more fuel and had to slow right down, why should Jenson be forced to do the same? If there's no team orders and Jenson had been in another team, would he not have been told to push like mad to try and get Hamilton to run out before the end of the race? Is he not world champion? Is he not leading Hamilton in the current world title race? It smacked more of favouritism for Lewis, the extra 7 points helping to drag him into a possible title charge.
