Throughout the history of f1 teams have tried to push the regulations as far as they can People like Adrian Newey and Ross Brawn who find loopholes to these rules have therefore been very successful. The car is always scrutineered and always passes, therefore it is not cheating and should be deemed as an intelligent design.
I am not a red bull fan, but it really does bemuse me why they have become the pantomime villians this season. As said in the coverage of the race, they are an independant team based in milton keynes who have come from very low down the grid and successfully taken on some huge car manufactures. If this was 2008, with DC still driving for them, we would all be huge fans.
