A total side-argument.....and a WRONG one.

The argument that, in THIS specific case, death was NOT caused by exceeding the speed limit is about as valid as claiming that Lee Harvey Oswald's pulling the trigger was NOT the cause of JFK's death..... the 'cause' was head-trauma... NOT the pulling of the trigger..... but only someone squirming DESPERATELY to avoid the FACTS would make such a daft claim....

And your claim is the DIRECT COUSIN of such a silly, desperate, SOPHISTRY.

Speed caused the death..... nothing else!

The fact that he was travelling in excess of the 'posted speed limit' at the times NOT just an adjunct.... it's DIRECTLY equated!

Your claim shows how desperate you have become in this matter! You can't win the argument so you search for minuscule points of trifling importance and thus hope to deflect discussion from the gaping chasm in your argument!

However you want to wriggle about this, I do note you have NOT managed to show a circumstance where 'being unable to stop within the seeing distance' is NOT directly equated to 'excess speed'. I thus am happy to accept you have WITHDRAWN that daft suggestion!
