The penalty. Yes, it was a racing incident and had Massa's tyre not been punctured, I don't think a penalty would have been given. Where someone causes an accident, they should receive some form of punishment, especially where the victim is at a large disadvantage from the incident. The Rosberg touch, both drivers were able to continue, so its not really the same incident. Fair play to Lewis though, he caught and passed Massa fairly after he served his penalty. Maybe thats what annoyed Massa so much, showing his shortcomings when he is dropped down the field.
