When is a bribe a bribe or a consultancy fee? 'They' have spent 40 million talking about a Stonehenge by-pass. The mega bucks paid out for failed computer systems. The list/examples are endless. Perceptions change when figures with more zeros than you can count without using your finger are bandied about. And just where is the next £100,000,000,000 bail out money going to come from? (That's a hundred billion by the way) Why quantitive ease to the banks (and bankers). If 'they' want the money to stimulate the economy why not give £14285.71 to every man, woman and child. Bet that would get spent pretty quickly, probably most of it into the economy. Only downer is that it would be for Chinese goods!!! Rant over.
