BT3962.... you got it in one.

We councillors also LOATHE such prats who move into a location and than complain about some ancient practices. Some have even moved next door to 800 year-old churches and THEN complained about the Church bells! Others have moved to a rural area and have then complained about the cockerels crowing at day-break!!!

For me, it was a Met. Policeman who moved next door to the Hall and, within one DAY, he'd complained about the noise even though the Hall had not even been USED since he moved in!

He won and my community LOST and there was S*D all we (councillors) could do about it! Blame the law!
