Well, back some time ago the school club had(privately owned) Class 4 Supers, twin 125 (Bultacos?) and innovative "Sheene Tuned" exhausts, early coned systems.

At the time one could find adverts like

"A tuned Villiers 200 producing 10.5 bhp."

But on those skinny tyres? Awesome to drive at the time but I'm not sure they were that quick.
