Agreed, but in the real world, most people only understand that which directly affects them. The affects of climate change will have to be clearly demonstrable before politicians will be able to affect any real change. Why then, are we having "green" taxes levied upon us? It is this, I feel, that is causing all the dissent amongst "non-believers".
