The Samsung NC10 is just about the best netbook you can buy. I have one of the original Asus EEE Pc's. The Asus EEE range is the only one that comes close and I would argue has the best build quality (Asus in general have brilliant build quality).

One word of warning however. Netbooks aren't suited to any "real" work. If all you want to do is check emails, surf the net, edit the occasional document etc, all on the move, they're great. Personally, I prefer the sub Ł200 models for this purpose.
