hmm, interesting quotes

my speed was no innappropriate - so why did he crash
even at 65mph it would have aquaplanned - so why do 122, did he want to make sure of a bigger hole in a hedge?
@65mph he would have had a much larger chance of recovering the car.

I hope he gets a ban like any other road user would do.

for example - a friend of mine recently got caught doing 99 mph on a dual carriage way.

She was riding a motorcycle, is a motorcycle instructor (so has a higher degree of expereince and training) the road was clear and dry and a good view and light.

7 day ban and a £500 fine - also as she had a 7 day ban she lost out of 7 days of earnings.

so how will his punishment compare?
