Why don't we try another one - not one we have tried a million times before and clearly has failed.
How many years do we have to go down the wrong alleyway when the evidence is that we have ALREADY focussed on speed far too much?
Yes road accidents are a complex subject (I wish ipro believed that) shouldn't we address it on a number of fronts rather than just one.
I am perfectly happy for 13%/15% of my road safety effort/expenditure/time to address excess speed (I already do) - are you happy for 85/87% of your effort/expenditure/time to be spent on everything else. Itpro isn't - what about you? If you were, I suspect you wouldn't proposing yet another speed "initiative".
