I know people have a lot of bad things to say about the network 3 but my missus just went with them on an Iphone (3GS, I wouldn't let her have a 4G considering all the press!!).

Ł130 up front, Ł25 a month, 500 mins, 5000 texts, 5000 3 to 3 calls, 1gb internet and insurance would only be Ł5 (nearer Ł15 elsewhere)

If you go contract, you'd do well to find a better phone than the HTC smart phones. My missus loves her Iphone but I find the HTC much easier to navigate round! My advice? When it comes to picking your phone, go in every shop with demo phones and try them all!!

In many ways, I've mimicked Itpro's advice on chassis choice!! Oh dear!!
