I always found the Friday & Saturday were the best days, you see a lot lot more of the cars and there's less people. Sunday's race usually turns out to be an anti climax,although last year's race being one of few exceptions, due to the weather and enforced rule changes.
Merchandise is pretty poor inside the circuit, but great out in the campsites ! Food is naturally expensive, along with drinks and everything else.
The circuit has been altered for the better, more grass banks to sit on, better viewing spots etc, so at least that is positive.
It's a great 90 minutes on Sunday, shame there's no morning warm up anymore, that used to make the getting up early seem worth it !
