What do you mean by most adjustable?

Is it the chassis with most adjustments to play with, the chassis with the greatest range available to the adjustments or the chassis that responds best to adjustments?

Are you limiting this to homologated chassis, modified chassis or imported chassis.

For example, while most European karts have the seat supports welded directly and immovably to the chassis, some American karts for oval racing mount the seat supports on a separate removable bar which is then clamped,like the Maranello front bar and for the same reasons, to a chassis crossmember.
