Well yes you should but not entirely, motorsport is dangerous and you need to think about your lad’s safety as well as the others out on the track.

Try and get as much track time as you can for your lads when the track is quiet but when its busy just sent them out last and in that way they will have time to get use to the conditions before they get lapped, it will not be long before they do not get lapped and then they will start gain confidence and skill start catching and overtaking the others on track.

Also don’t forget that you would properly ignore those “angry dads” if you met them in the street as well.
