I actually agree with you that no purpose would be served by any "naming" and this is not an appropriate place to pursue allegations of this nature anyway, there is a proper process to handle these things: but, exactly what grounds do you see for a possible "a**e suing"? Libel perhaps? My understanding was that you can't libel someone by stating the truth. My understanding of the legal basis of the recent case you refer to was that the reporting did not simply state what was fact but went beyond this. Obviously I could easily be wrong on this, perhaps you would care to elucidate the legal basis for your position as opposed to your moral grounds which (i think) I agree with.
