If you’re doing a programme on Super 1 (or similar) you need to make the viewer actually “care” about the result. For example, if DriverA is being caught by DriverB & no one knows who they are – no one is bothered, but if Adam Christodoulou was being caught by DriverB, I’m sure a lot more people would pay attention and most likely would be willing DriverB on.
Effort would need to be made to get the viewing audience to “know” the drivers and actually give the audience a chance to 'support' one. I don’t know how you could manage it but a programme like this needs bad guys just as much as good guys. (e.g. the Alonso for Hamilton fans, Or the 'Ron Dennis' to Alonso fans)
