My experience over about 3 years running Kosmic and Tonykart is that the systems can be tempremental particularly if the driver has a tendancy to ride the brake, you said it runs hot, but the problem generally stems from storing the kart upright. This causes it to require bleeding before you run the kart, just lift the rear end higher than the mater cylinder, remove the master cylinder lids and rubbers and pump the pedal until any air bubbles stop appearing in the master cylinder. This always cures the problem.Always do this job first.. I looked at and tryed out all sorts including Kelgate but the OTK is more than good enough and I run in 177 class Hope this helps
