Hi Ade,

It's no problem to mount the E-box on a slant, just make sure that the wires are facing you. If the E-box is installed sideways, the accelerometer will not work correctly.

Once it's on, press the menu button, then go to control panel, and system set-up. In here you will see calibrate accelerometer. Place the kart on a level surface or the on the dummy grid before you go out and press calibrate. It will then zero itself.

The bracket somebody mentioned hasn't been made for over 2 years now but I am actually in the process of having one manufactured to be able to mount an E-box, GPS, external battery and data-hubs. It should be on display at KartMania on my stand, RACE DATA.
