I would presume that the NEW ignition would be more powerful to accomodate equal performance or probally higher to the D/D engines.
Talko have made the right move as it will get more people into the class/sport.
My concerns would be whether your current chassis will work with an extra (probable) 6-7 kilos bolted onto your engine.
Also will the weight limits change to accomodate this engine ? How many people can afford to carry this amount of extra weight ? will more than half the grid be alienated ?
It will be very interesting to see how the new engine is integrated into the current format, but congrats must go for a step in the right direction.
