That's true Ian. She's probably been on her knees and played tonsil hockey for him a few times too :-)

Seriously though, these things work on a time basis. There are 'short marraiges' - up to about 5 years or so, and 'longer marraiges'. The McCartney marraige was a short one and that's why the division of assets went that way, but Bernie's is longer.

Having said that... even within short marraiges the division of assets and future income can be skewed too.

The infuriating thing about this is because Bernie is such a shlt, all and sundry will be willing Slavica to get as much as she possible even though it flies in the face of what's morally correct.
