remember whats its like when you start karting, boy oh boy do i remember being 1/2 a lap behind at every race or on mixed grid going first to last in the first corner.

Its tough learning, but as we did not have an open cheque book we had to look at ways to improve the situation , and thats bum in seat time, training time, and working on knocking the times down. With the cadet under our wing atm we have gone from last to normally top 8 competitive.

The idea is great on paper, but cadets is a learning experiance and the first thing to be honest is to learn how to deal with comming last, and the good thing is you can only go forward from there.

We will watch with interest
