Not yet. 4 1/2 days in court without result. Awaiting submissions from both barristers to the judge on 19th Dec.

All of the technical evidence proved we are not a statutory noise nuisance yet it is still down to the decision of 1 man at the end of the day and how he reacts to the orchestrated complaints of some local residents.

We just have to wait.

BTW Have a good Christmas, I will be away from 16th Dec so I am hoping to return to some good news.
