Don't restrict your self to ONE set of adjustments to change the handling. Each one has different effects! I don't think it actually matters how HIGH the rear comes off the ground once it's OFF the ground. Just reducing the 'weight' (downward pressure) on that inner rear is enough to break the grip of the 'locked axle'.
Try this next time it's wet: leave the camber at a 'shallow' setting that you prefer and simply lean FORWARD in the seat when the understeer wants to begin. The effect will be surprising! Assuming that DOES work, you should ask yourself 'are you CERATIN you have the weight distribution correct for the wet?'. Many people move the seat UP and FORWARD in wet conditions.......
