I missed this comment of yours during what I thought was the season of goodwill. There's no need to hurl insults at me, I have a right to express an opinion and suggest a different solution over the incumbent to this issue.
My expertise in chemistry may not be to the level of your colleague, but then this matter is not about chemistry it is about legislation and its enforcement. There is a workable alternative to penalizing everyone through the use of control, and that's through better enforcement of the rules and penalizing the offenders. Not knowing how to specify and then test pump fuel and resorting to expensive control fuel is a legislative failure.
Anyways, that's my last word on the subject.
