IMO - I think Minimax is restricted enough - if the 09 barrel works through a 20.3 mm restrictor, and gives a real difference (I'm hearing 1.5 hp)over an older barrel, what is the point in trying to slow them down overall, but still leaving the 09's faster than the others? We will all have to go to 09's and run with the speed - lap times aren't massively different to previous.
Different story in Junior where they are now running faster than seniors on less grippy tyres and a power valve / 9 or 10 hp less due entirely to the weight difference. Put them up - maybe to the same weight as seniors (the seriously light drivers can go minimax for the cost of a restrictor))and maybe let seniors have an even grippier tyre.
