Some good news, the marshal Ben is now off the high dependency unit and on a ward
at Southampton General. He still has bad headaches and a lot of bruising to his face and body. The doctors hope that if he continues
to improve he may be home at the end of the week. Ben has no recollection of the day and cannot believe that this happened to him.
The pain he is suffering is due to the bruising to his brain. Ben got up last night and was told off by the nurses - he is bored as he is
not able to do much.

Stuart is in Basingstoke General and doing well following the heart attack and hopes to be leaving hospital this week.
