Seriously though, I'm a bit surprised at what you say; I am 5'11" and have ample room to move my seat further back, have you thought about spacing the engines out? I don't know if you have the same engine mounts as me, but I have three holes on mine that allows the engines to be placed in a variety of positions - I found this out when I took the engines off, I got the mountings the wrong way round and the engines touched the seat which I couldn't understand as they were well clear before, turns out the mounts were the wrong way round!
Alternatively, have you tried raising the front of the seat?
