I would not got so far as to say you can practice with `anything' but not far off that.
Whilton on a Wednesday will only work in school holidays or if you take him out for a day - not a major problem at his age.
Otherwise for a Saturday practice you have Rissington on the first weekend of the month and Shenington on the third weekend. A bit further afield you have PF (you have to be a member) which has practice most weekends but phone for details, Forest edge (near Andover).
Clay Pigeon (near Yeovil) where they have cadet sessions in the week or Llandow(Cardiff) where you can get a fantastic amount of track time.
