I don't think that we necessarily have 2 x good ones. However, I do believe in basic maintenance after every meeting/practice. Most starting issues that I've seen are because the driver is still using the original 12v battery, which are useless, or that they haven't considered cleaning out the bendix. I've found that by spraying Brake Cleaner inside the starter bendix after EVERY meeting, generally keeps the inevitable build-up of Chain Grease to an absolute minimum. I can honestly say that, since fitting a LiPo battery to our engines, we've never had a problem. BTW, we've won quite a few races with ours aswell!!
