I rang derick, very helpful and a nice guy but couldn't help me out unfortunately, he said that the kart should be ok with the current set up, which is leading me to think there maybe something else wrong!!

I have had the kart for over 3 weeks now yet I'm still to have a go on it!! The engine starts first time and revs sweetly but I can't seem to set off!! It's like I'm setting off in 5th gear every time!! I start it in what I'm 99% sure is 1st and once I'm in bang it forward into first again!! Then try and set off!! I know it's not like driving a car but bar revving flat out and banging the clutch out which I've nearly done!! The thing won't move!!

Any ideas on how to test anything I may need to test ect?!?
